A 2-day hands-on food photography + styling workshop with Boston-based photographer/cook/blogger/Instagram star Betty Liu. Learn to manipulate natural light for your photos, introduce the human element for added interest, tell a food story through styling your environment, incorporating props and presenting a recipe from start to finish. We will harvest, style, shoot and eat directly from the vegetable, berry, flower and herb gardens here at Dirt Road Farm, including a multi-course farm-to-table barn supper at our communal table on Saturday evening, prepared by your host, farmer/chef Phoebe Cole-Smith.
