PICNIC is centered around the very freshest seasonal and locally-sourced food gathered and prepared by Phoebe Cole-Smith, farmer/chef of DIRT ROAD FARM in Weston, Connecticut, and her accomplished team.  From intimate rustic-chic communal barn suppers to memorable private celebrations, as well as cooking and preserving workshops, PICNIC’s food is ingredient-driven, changing with each season’s availability, offering the ultimate in taste, freshness and farm-to-table fare.
